Beef bone broth is a classic recipe that usually takes hours, if not days to make but I am not a patient person! That is why we are bringing out our trusty InstantPot again for this recipe. This way I save myself time and dishes.
Searing those beef bones, sent the most delicious scent through my whole apartment. I could feel myself starting to salivate from the aroma.
Don’t worry though, I did not give in and start gnawing at the bones. Instead I tossed in the remaining ingredients and let the InstantPot do the rest of the work for me. I recommend letting your broth cool, so that you can easily pull the excess fat off the top.

Turn InstantPot to SAUTE and saute beef bones for 2-3 minutes on each side.

-
Toss bones and everything else into your instant pot and turn it on MANUAL for 2 hours. When complete, let it natural release for 45 minutes.
