Baked Honey Dijon Salmon

July 3, 2019 by Chef T

This Baked Honey Dijon Salmon is my go to salmon recipe! It’s quick, easy, and tastes delicious. It only takes him 10 minutes to prep with very little effort.

Salmon doneness is definitely a preference thing. I actually prefer my salmon slight under done in the middle, which only takes like 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness and size of your salmon. If you like your salmon cooked through like Chef K, then I would bake your salmon for 30-35 minutes. The most important thing is that you check on your salmon to make sure you don’t overcook it.

You’ll see in our pictures, I didn’t pulse my almonds enough and the almonds pieces are a little too big. You want to make sure that your almonds are a little finer or else they get to hard when baked. We don’t want anyone to chip a tooth on an almond!
