ripe bananas
mashed

coconut oil
melted
⅓

honey

coconut sugar

egg
beaten

vanilla extract

baking soda

tsp
baking powder

tsp
cinnamon
A pinch of salt

chopped walnuts
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add all ingredients except walnuts and which until well combined.
Fold in walnuts, then bake for 40 minutes - 1 hour.
