Pear and Pomegranate Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle pear cider
  • 4 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs rosemary plus more for garnish
  • 8 oz raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Bring small pot of your cup of water to a boil and add honey. Let honey boil until dissolved, then add rosemary sprigs for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool, then remove rosemary sprigs.
  2. Pour cider, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and your honey mixture to a large pitcher. Stir well.
  3. Add your raspberries to pitcher, then it is ready to serve. Feel free to add a sprig of fresh rosemary in each cup when serving.
