In a high-speed blender, add the frozen bananas, 2 tbsp of non-dairy milk, and a pinch of salt.

Blend on the lowest setting until the nicecream begins to churn. Then, pulse between high and low speeds until smooth. Add more non-dairy milk if needed.

Transfer into a freezer-proof container.

Drizzle over as much of the berry mixture as desired and use a butter knife to swirl in the berries.

Either serve immediately, or freeze it 15-30 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
