Crab Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • ½ cucumber julienned
  • 12 oz kelp noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds

Sauce

  • ¼ cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all sauce ingredients.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, toss together crab meat, cucumber, kelp noodles, and sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
