Furikake Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 corn remove husks
  • 2 tsp Japanese mayo
  • 2 tbsp furikake
  • Salt to taste
  • Togarashi optional

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. There should be just enough water to cover your corn. Once the water reaches a boil, turn the heat off and add the corn to the water. Leave the corn in the water for 5 - 7 minutes.
  2. Remove the corn from the water and dry it off.
  3. Brush the corn with the Japanese mayo and season with furikake, salt, and optional togarashi.
