Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

On medium heat, heat up a pan for the bacon. Once hot, toss bacon in and cook until nice crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside for later use. In the same pan with the bacon fat, toss in your brussel sprouts. Cook until brussel sprouts are slightly browned. Remove from heat and transfer to a lined baking pan. Bake brussel sprouts in oven for 30-45 minutes. When the brussel sprouts are done, remove from oven and sprinkle with your crispy bacon.
-
While your brussel sprouts are baking, heat olive oil in a pan and toss in your onions. Cook for a few minutes until your onions begin to caramelize. Mix balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl, then pour your mixture into your pan with your caramelized onions. Cook until onions absorb the vinegar and honey.

Steaks are simple. Pat your steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill on both sides for a 2-3 minutes on each side and set aside to rest.

Assemble your plate with brussel sprouts on the side and your steak covered in your onion mixture.
