1cupunsweetened vanilla hemp milkor other milk of choice
1cupgreenspacked (mild greens, super greens, or spinach)
2bananas
1cupfrozen blueberries
¼cupvanilla protein powderoptional
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, steep the tea leaves in the boiling water. Steep for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, strain the tea into a blender to remove the tea leaves.
In the blender, combine the cashews and dates with the warm tea. Blend until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until completely combined.
