Blistered Shishitos

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Shishito Peppers
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, toss peppers with avocado oil and garlic powder.
  3. Add peppers to the air fryer basket, you may need to do this in a few batches. Air fry for 3 minutes, then shake the basket. Replace basket and air fry for another 3 minutes.
  4. Pour finished peppers into a bowl lined with a paper towel to soak up any excess oil. Season liberally with flaky salt before serving.
