Start by getting the potatoes into that perfect curly shape with a zoodler/spiralizer.

In a large bowl, soak spiralized potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes.

Pour water out of the bowl and rinse out any excess starch. Pat the potatoes dry and place back in the bowl.

Coat the potatoes in oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

Preheat airfryer to 360 degrees F.

Place a handful of potatoes in the air fryer basket and fry at 360 degrees F for 7 mins. If you want more crispiness, you can turn up the heat to 380 degrees F for 1-2 minutes at the end. Be careful to not overcrowd the basket.

Top curly fries with dried parsley before serving (optional).
