Spicy Pork Belly Wrap

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

1 lb pork belly, sliced

4 green onions, chopped into ~1 inch long pieces

½ onion, sliced

½ head butter lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat up wok over medium heat, then add pork belly. Cook pork belly until it’s white, about 5 minutes. (Depending on how fatty your pork is, you may want to pour out some of the excess fat before you add the other ingredients.)
  3. Add onion and green onions to the wok and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Lastly, add the sauce to the wok and toss until the pork belly mixture is well coated. Let cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the wok from heat and serve pork belly with the butter lettuce leaves.
