In a small bowl, whisk together miso, ginger, garlic, tamari, and mirin to make a marinade. Combine marinade and chicken in a large ziploc bag or a bowl with a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight.

Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F.

Remove chicken from marinade and toss in potato starch. Shake off any excess potato starch.

Spray the bottom of the air fryer with vegetable oil spray, then add chicken in an even layer. Lightly coat the chicken with more vegetable spray.

Air fry for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.

Season finished chicken with some furikake. Squeeze some lemon over the chicken before serving with spicy mayo.
