In a small pan, lightly toast the cumin, coriander, paprika, and cayenne.

In a food processor, pulse together cilantro, parsley, mint, and garlic until finely chopped.

Now add the toasted spices, turmeric, and lemon juice to the food processor. Pulse until well combined.

While the food processor is running, drizzle in olive oil until you have a uniform sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put shrimp in a bowl and pour marinade over shrimp. Mix until shrimp are well coated, then place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Heat up the grill to high heat. While the grill is heating up, skewer 5 shrimp per skewer.

Place skewer on grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, then remove from heat and serve with some cilantro on top.
