Pat dry your chicken and toss in a medium sized bowl with salt, pepper, lemongrass, and basil. Set aside and let marinate for 30 mins to an hour.
Spray chicken with vegetable oil and place in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry for 15 mins at 400 degrees F.
Squeeze lemon juice over chicken.
Toss a few basil leaves in your air fryer and fry for 3 mins at 370 degrees F. These make for a great garnish when you serve your wings.
