Cranberry Granola Bar

April 15, 2018 by Chef T

There’s a secret to these granola bars – we added a bit of green to them. And by green we mean broccoli, because we were too lazy to wash the knife between uses.

It could’ve been worse, we could’ve been cutting raw chicken previously…

That being said, we don’t recommend adding broccoli to these bars, but then again, maybe it would be a good twist.

As a note – don’t expect these delicious granola bites to hold together like some breakfast bars. These will crumble apart into delicious granola fragments.

You may want to take some time to compact them as much as you can so they stay whole enough to be wrapped up.
